A home visit enabled people to fully explain their frustrating 'it's not working how I need it to!' or 'how am I supposed to understand it works like that?'; HTS talks about 'how to improve things' in plain English, not techno-babble.

What makes HTS different is that we visit you in your own home. We understand the real challenges new digital technology brings, particularly to middle-to-older aged people; and the need for a patient, simpler approach to explaining and fixing things.

With over 40 years experience covering computer hardware, software, networking, the Cloud and training, Jules is able to provide Home Tech Support in a professional, competent, trustworthy, friendly and plain-English way.

Jules is a retired Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) and Chartered IT Professional (CITP) , with an MBA from a top European business school.
